The Winchesters and several demons are able to gain acess to and possession of those spare blades in ridiculous numbers during the course of canon. Priority is on the lab location though.
offer: Castiel heard the Night Market has a bit of a struggle with their quantum theory. Castiel, as previously established in his dreamer threads at Dr Solis' lab, knows quantum theory very well, and could offer consultation/aid as per Pluto's requirements.
Additionally, he's willing to share knowledge of various summoning rituals with Pluto that could be extrapolated on for the Night Market's research
